Expect to receive bite-sized articles, webtools and lifestyle challenges, all directly to your inbox. Anyone! Whether you’re a first-time stone former, a recurrent stone warrior or simply caring for a loved one, we’ll help you better understand and manage your kidney stones.
While our Program is open to all, do note that it follows guidelines from the American Urological Association, and best fits patients in the U.S.

We recommend staying on the Program for at least 3-6 months, though this can vary depending on your individual needs
